Description
All natural ingredients prepared in a terra cotta dish. Just top with sugar, caramelize and serve.
Portions: 8 (4 oz) individual crocks. Ceramic crocks can be reused!!
Cooking Instructions: Sprinkle top of custard evenly with white or brown sugar. Torch sugar until caramelized and golden brown or place under broiler until sugar is melted. Allow sugar to cool until top hardens. Crock will be be HOT, handle with care!
